How long will my order take?

Print Items

Orders for print items are processed on the first and third Friday of each month, and should then be delivered within 10 days. Allow extra time around Bank Holidays and Christmas.

PDF Products

PDFs are available to download once you've added the product to your basket and checked out. Go to My Account > Downloadable products.

Listing Flyers

When you check out the flyer is automatically submitted for approval by head office. Approval is usually within a few hours.

Quad Posters

Quads are dispatched within a few days.

How do I order Membership and Gift Packs?

These are available from PCS (Plastic Card Services).

To minimise delivery costs please try to order sufficient for 3 – 6 months.
